RASC News Agency: Local Taliban officials in Faryab province report that a traffic accident in the Chehlgazi district has claimed the lives of two women and a child. According to a statement released by the press office of the Taliban’s police command in Faryab, the incident occurred on the night of May 15th.

The statement detailed that a Mazda vehicle overturned in the “Bozqoal” area of Babukarzi village within the district. The report attributed the accident to the driver’s negligence, resulting in the deaths of the three individuals.

Previously, traffic accidents in various provinces have also resulted in fatalities, injuries, and disabilities.

Driver negligence, poor and substandard road conditions, excessive speed, failure to adhere to traffic laws, and the challenging nature of certain routes are among the cited causes of such accidents.
