RASC News Agency: Local sources have informed the media that as a result of the overturning of a Hiace van in the Doab district of Nuristan province, six individuals sustained injuries, while two others lost their lives. Abu Alyman, the spokesperson for the Taliban commander in Nuristan province, informed the media on Monday, Apr 1, that this incident occurred earlier today in the “Chatkchu” area of the Doab district.

Abu Alyman added that in this incident, two children lost their lives, and six others from the van were injured, with the wounded being transferred to the hospital. He further stated that the main reasons for such incidents in Nuristan are the rugged and poorly maintained roads and the recklessness of drivers.

Nuristan is among the mountainous provinces of the country, characterized by difficult and mountainous roads that have resulted in the overturning of dozens of vehicles so far.
