Abdul-Hai Sabawoon, head of intelligence and culture for the Taliban group in Farah province, informed the media that a traffic accident occurred on Wednesday afternoon, March 27th, in the Farahrud district of the province.

According to this Taliban official in Farah province, three people were killed and six others injured as a result of this traffic accident. The traffic incident occurred on the Farah-Herat highway due to a collision between a pickup truck and a cargo truck. Similarly, local Taliban officials from Zabul province have stated that a traffic accident occurred in the Tazi Rabat area of Shajoy district in the province involving a tractor and a passenger bus.

Zabihullah Jawhar, spokesperson for the Taliban’s security command in Zabul, reported that as a result of this incident that occurred on Wednesday, March 27th, one person was killed and eight others injured. Jawhar also mentioned that yesterday, one person was killed and another injured in another traffic accident in the same area.
