RASC News Agency: According to local sources in Herat province, amidst an ongoing series of mysterious and targeted killings, unidentified armed individuals have recently brutally murdered the director of a private school in the province. Sources informed the media on Thursday, Feb 22, that this incident occurred yesterday afternoon in the vicinity of “Qoul Ordu” in Herat city.

Reportedly, unidentified armed individuals stormed into the private school named “Roshan Zameeran” in the area of “Qoul Ordu” and assassinated its director. According to the sources, the unidentified armed individuals also assaulted several staff members of this school. Another source adds that although the attackers seized several phones, they were not robbers, indicating that this attack was meticulously planned by them.

The Taliban group in Herat province has yet to comment on this matter. It is noteworthy that such criminal occurrences are unprecedented in several provinces, and recently, the body of a teacher was discovered in Herat’s Bagh Dasht area after being reported missing.

Meanwhile, this news spreads widely at a time when the Taliban group, in the wake of their control, consistently claims to ensure nationwide security, asserting that people’s lives and properties are secure.
