According to a bulletin released by the Taliban’s security command in Kabul on Sunday, Feb 11, forces of this group apprehended these women during a theft.
The Taliban bulletin stated that these women were “deceptively stealing from people’s homes” in various areas of Kabul city and were apprehended “in the act” by the group’s forces.
