RASC News Agency: In their ongoing arbitrary actions against citizens, the Taliban recently dismissed 17 staff members and educators from their duties at Takhar Province’s university. One of the dismissed educators stated to the media on Thursday, Feb 8, that the Taliban ousted these 17 individuals and appointed their own preferred candidates instead.

Furthermore, the dismissed educator noted that those relieved of their positions belong to Tajik and Uzbek ethnicities, while the replacements appointed by the Taliban hail from Nangarhar and Kunduz provinces. According to information received, Mawlawi Kamaluddin Manib, the head of Takhar University, proposed the dismissal of these individuals, and they were removed from their positions by the decree of Neda Mohammad Nadeem, the acting Minister of Higher Education of the Taliban.

This action follows the Taliban’s previous appointments of their preferred individuals in various government offices and the subsequent dismissal of several employees, eliciting anger from the country’s citizens.
