RASC News Agency: The Afghanistan Freedom Front recently issued a proclamation regarding its ongoing offensives against the Taliban group across diverse provinces of the nation. Their latest incursion specifically targeted the “guest house of the Taliban intelligence directorate” situated in Baghlan province. As delineated in a communique disseminated by the Freedom Front, the assault transpired at approximately 7:40 p.m. on Sunday, December 24th, in proximity to the security headquarters of the Taliban group in Pul-e-Khomri city.
The communique asserts that, consequent to this military operation, one member of the Taliban group succumbed, while four others sustained injuries. The Taliban faction in Baghlan province has refrained from proffering any response or articulating their stance in relation to this development. It is noteworthy that a recent upswing in hostilities has been witnessed, with various factions opposed to the Taliban, including the Freedom Front and other dissident groups, actively engaging the group’s positions across diverse Afghanistan provinces.
In a precedent occurrence, the armed forces affiliated with the Freedom Front of Afghanistan declared an offensive against a Taliban encampment situated in the “Mash Gandi” locality of Dawlat Shah District in Laghman province. It is imperative to underscore that, in addition to the Afghanistan Freedom Front, other adversarial fronts such as the National Resistance Front and the National Mobilization routinely report assaults targeting the Taliban group in various provinces of the nation. Under the leadership of Mohammad Yasin Zia, the Freedom Front unequivocally articulates its commitment to an enduring military campaign until the complete eradication of the Taliban, accentuating the group’s historical precedents and asserting its inevitable eviction.
