RASC News Agency: In recent times, there have been alarming reports of criminal activities permeating various provinces within the nation. Local sources from Nangarhar province disclosed to the media on Friday, December 22nd, that a young man succumbed to a fatal assault, while his brother sustained injuries inflicted by armed marauders in the district of “Kama.” This event transpired in the village of “Landa Buch” last night as the two siblings journeyed homeward from the village of “Qala-e-Akhund.” Wahidullah, the deceased, was a purveyor of food and grains. The assailants, beyond claiming their lives, callously absconded with all of their monetary assets.

The Taliban group in Nangarhar province has verified the veracity of this incident and launched a comprehensive investigation to apprehend the malefactors. The surge in criminal activities, notably targeted homicides and armed heists, has burgeoned into a pressing concern across diverse provinces, with Nangarhar province witnessing a marked escalation in such nefarious occurrences. Despite the formidable challenges, the local authorities of the Taliban group evince unwavering determination to grapple with this issue. They have redoubled their endeavors to probe this incident meticulously and bring the pilferers to account.

However, it is noteworthy that analogous cases have unfolded in Nimroz and Khost provinces, where unidentified armed assailants ruthlessly gunned down two young men. The motivations behind these grim fatalities remain shrouded in mystery, and the malefactors remain at large. Prompt and efficacious intervention is imperative to redress these criminal activities and reinstate tranquility and stability in the embattled provinces. The local authorities, bolstered by community support, ardently commit to delivering justice by apprehending the malefactors and precluding the recurrence of such lamentable incidents.
