RASC News Agency: Authorities of the Taliban in the Bamyan province have recently disclosed a traffic incident resulting in the loss of two lives within the jurisdiction of this province. As per a communique issued by the Taliban security command for the province of Bamyan, this incident transpired due to the deviation of a passenger vehicle, leading to the demise of two individuals. In a communique from the Taliban command for the province of Bamyan, it is asserted that this incident occurred yesterday, December 10, in the Qarghanatu region, situated in the central part of this province, with the cause still remaining unclear.

Reports indicate that traffic incidents in various provinces of the country have previously led to fatalities, injuries, and disabilities for citizens due to various reasons. However, in recent times, the statistics of traffic incidents in various provinces of the country have significantly escalated for various reasons. In the latest incident, preceding the impact of a traffic incident in the Nangarhar province, four individuals lost their lives and sustained injuries. According to information, factors contributing to traffic incidents in the country encompass road damage, lack of standards, driver negligence, excessive speed, the difficulty of some roads, and unfamiliarity with certain routes.

It is noteworthy that decades of conflict in the country between forces of the previous government and Taliban forces in various parts of the country have not only severely damaged other infrastructures but also inflicted substantial harm on roads and highways. These roads and highways are yet to be restored to a standard form by the authorities responsible for the reconstruction sector.
