RASC News Agency: In continuation of the National Resistance Front’s attacks on Taliban outposts in various provinces of the country, the front has recently announced that as a result of its covert operations against a Taliban outpost in Takhar province, one member of the group has been killed and two others injured.
According to Sputnik, the National Resistance Front carried out a rocket attack on a Taliban fighter base in Dasht-e-Rabat of Farkhar district on Saturday night (November 3), resulting in the death of three Taliban fighters and injuries to others.
Meanwhile, Taliban officials in Takhar province have not yet commented on this attack by the National Resistance Front, similar to their response to other attacks by opposing fronts.
It is worth mentioning that the National Resistance Front, led by Ahmad Massoud, emerged after the Taliban’s takeover of the country, and since then, it has occasionally reported carrying out targeted attacks and inflicting casualties on Taliban members in various provinces.
Alongside the National Resistance Front, the Freedom Front and a newly formed faction called the National Mobilization Front have also occasionally reported conducting attacks on Taliban outposts and inflicting casualties on their forces in different provinces of the country.
Furthermore, it should be noted that in response to the attacks carried out by the National Resistance Front, the Taliban have occasionally detained, tortured, and even killed individuals from Panjshir province suspected of being affiliated with this front.
It is worth mentioning that Amnesty International recently stated in a report that the Taliban have committed war crimes through their actions against individuals associated with the National Resistance Front and former government forces.
