RASC News Agency: The National Resistance Front recently launched an assault on a Taliban camp in Parwan province, as announced by the front itself. Executing a clandestine operation in the Pul-e-Mulla Habib area of Sayed Khel district on the night of December 30th, the front’s forces released video footage on social media, substantiating their operation against the Taliban group. According to the front, two Taliban members were fatally wounded, and two others sustained injuries, while their own forces emerged unscathed.
Despite the escalating number of opposition front attacks against the Taliban group across various provinces, including Parwan, Kapisa, Kabul, Laghman, Panjshir, and Baghlan, the recent operation by the National Resistance Front stands out. These assaults purportedly inflicted casualties on the Taliban, as asserted by the opposing fronts. In a distinct incident, the Freedom Front of Afghanistan, another opposition front, targeted a Taliban outpost in Mazar-e-Sharif, resulting in the demise of three Taliban members and injuries to two others. The Freedom Front accused the Taliban group stationed at the checkpoint of targeting and harassing local civilians, referencing prior reports of shelling incidents.
The endeavors of the National Resistance Front and the Freedom Front underscore the persistent resistance against the Taliban group in Afghanistan. These opposition fronts actively undertake operations to counter the Taliban’s influence and safeguard the local populace.
