RASC News Agency: Meanwhile, as the Taliban group imposes restrictions on the lives of Afghanistani women, including female athletes, 17 Afghanistani female athletes are expected to participate in the Asian Games in China.
The 19th round of the Asian Games hosted by China is scheduled to be held on September 4 in Hangzhou.
It is said that 17 female Afghanistani athletes who are living abroad will participate in these games to represent Afghanistan.
According to reports, this competition known as the biggest sports event in the Asian continent, and Afghanistani athletes from inside and outside the country will participate in this competition.
Meanwhile, female athletes representing Afghanistan from different countries are competing in cycling, volleyball and athletics.
However, Atal Mashanwai, the spokesperson of the Olympic Committee of the Taliban group in Afghanistan, has announced the presence of nearly 130 male athletes in 17 different sports, including volleyball, judo and wrestling, in these competitions.
It is mentionable that nearly 12,500 athletes from the world are going to compete in forty sports, hosted by Xi Jingping in China.
This is despite the fact that not long ago, the Taliban group announced that no female Afghanistani athlete from Afghanistan could participate in the games.
It should be mentioned that while 17 female Afghanistani athletes are participating in these competitions, the Taliban group has banned women from sports in Afghanistan since they took over the country.
