RASC: Under the rule of the Taliban group, Afghanistan has struggled with numerous cases of human rights violations, torture, cruelty, injustice, and no section of the Afghanistani Taliban society is immune.
In addition to the monopoly of power, brutal killings, captivity of women and the ban on girls’ education, children and adolescents of this country are also victims of the whims and lust of the members of the Taliban group.
The findings of an investigative report by RASC news agency show that prominent members of the Taliban group employ more and more orphaned children as bodyguards and sexually exploit them.
Based on the findings of this news agency, most of the military bases of the Taliban group are full of children under the age of eighteen who are recruited and used sexually by the commanders of this group.
Although the sexual exploitation of children by members of the Taliban group is not a new issue among members of this group, new reports show that the phenomenon of “Sodomy” in the military bases of the Taliban group has greatly increased in several cases. A commander of this group has used several teenagers for Sexual exploitation hires and uses them sexually.
A source with the pseudonym “Khalid” from the military command of the Taliban group in Kandahar told RASC news agency that the officials of this group in the military command of this province each hired a teenager as a bodyguard and they rest in the rooms of these officials at night.
According to this source, in some cases, members of this group have organized “dance and buggery” circles in the residential houses of Kandahar airport and each one of them shows their “beards”.
According to him: “90 percents of the commanders of each department, including the commander of the army corps, each one of them hired a teenager who does not even have a beard, without wearing military uniform, as a bodyguard and spent the night with them in their rooms. They also buy new clothes for these teenagers every day.”
According to the source, those officials of this group who do not spend the night at the army command take their bodyguards under the age of 18 to their homes at night: “A number of the commanders of the branches, despite the fact that they have houses in the blocks of the army command at Kandahar airport. They don’t have bodyguards; they take young teenagers to their homes at night and spend the night with them.”
According to this source, the young bodyguards of the commander of this command in Kandahar, who were apparently hired as soldiers, have high work qualifications and can appoint or dismiss people.
Based on this report, in the last year, the leader of the Taliban group, Mullah Hebatullah, expressed his concern about the moral corruption of “Sodomy” by his members on Hamal 1401; he ordered that people under the age of 18 should be kept in military camps and do not hire this group. In a part of the order of the leader of the Taliban group, it was said: “The presence of children in military centers will cause sedition and discredit the forces of the Taliban group.” He also warned those who did not obey this order that they would be disarmed and expelled from their ranks.
The findings of this report shows that in addition to disobeying the order of the leader of this group in the field of preventing the employment of teenagers under the age of eighteen, 30% among the members of this group have increased among the members of this group compared to last year.
Although the exact statistics of the presence of teenagers under the age of 18 years in the ranks of Taliban forces in the military bases of this group is not known, but the findings of this report based on the statements of information sources and statistics of reliable world sites show that 85% of the first to third level officials of this group in the army and the police have a “beardless child” and use them sexually.
Sexual exploitation of children among the members of the Taliban group has a long history and has become a culture among the members of this group, a culture that is mentioned in Islamic traditions as the worst moral and Islamic phenomenon, and the countries of the world are still many times aware of the existence of this phenomenon. They have expressed concern and regret among the members of the Taliban group.
Last year, “Washington-Examiner” magazine wrote in an article about widespread moral corruption (Sodomy) among members of the Taliban group: “Taliban commanders may have up to five boys with them who can use them for dancing or sexual abuse.”
This publication also wrote from the words of a source: “Since the rule of the Taliban group over Afghanistan, hundreds of young boys have been abducted by the Taliban group from the road, shops, workshops and even from their homes in the northern provinces alone.”
Washington Examiner wrote in another part of this article: “At the parties of the Taliban group, boys are given narcotics and forced to wear women’s clothes, wear wigs (fake hair) and dress like women and in front of the members “Taliban group to dance and also have to sexually satisfy the members of this group.“
At the same time, children’s rights experts consider the roots of this phenomenon in the Taliban regime, related to the tribal culture “Pashtunism” of this group. According to the advisors, these phenomena will continue until the society intellectually stands up to such an immoral phenomenon of the Taliban group and these thoughts.
Hoshang Rouzbeh, a university professor and an expert on legal issues, said in a conversation with RASC: “Sexual exploitation of children as a native culture among the people of Kandahar province has been common since the past until now, and on the other hand, the Taliban group wants to meet the needs of women by removing them from society. They raise their sexuality through this channel.
In response to the question why the leadership of the Taliban group has not yet taken any action to prevent the existence of this immoral phenomenon among its members, Mr. Rouzbeh said: “The Taliban group has not adhered to any religious narrative and Islamic values until now and acted. They are only in the writings and in order to deceive the people, they mediate some issues and apply them to the public.
According to this expert, the Taliban group imposed restrictions on the people under the name of Islam, and they do not adhere to the guidelines of Islam in any case.
According to him, the United Nations has also been complicit with the Taliban group in such inhumane actions and human rights violations; therefore, it has not taken effective action on any human rights violations.
This is while Abdul Malik, the deputy head of the Supreme Court of the Taliban group, announced in May this year that 175 revenge sentences and 37 stoning sentences have been issued by the administration courts of this group, and four others have been sentenced to death by walling.
The Taliban group has issued “killing under the wall” to criminals for committing the act of “Sodomy”; Now that it has become a culture in the system of this group and so far, no member of this group has been arrested for this immoral act.
