RASC: According to local sources in Panjshir province, the Taliban have arrested a school teacher and a former government officer in this province.
Sources said on Saturday, June 17 that the Taliban arrested Sana Al-Rahman, an officer of the Ministry of Interior of the previous government, and Saddam Hussain, a teacher of one of Panjshir schools, two days ago, from Abdara region of Annaba district and transferred them to the head of 40 intelligence of this group.
The exact motive behind the arrest of these two people is not yet clear, but according to local sources, these two young men had no relationship with the political and military groups opposed to the Taliban after the fall of the previous government.
The Taliban have not yet said anything about this.
Meanwhile, in recent days, the arrest of former soldiers and civilians of Panjshir has increased.
In the latest case, the Taliban arrested an employee of the National Security Directorate of the previous government in Kabul this morning.
This person’s name is Ghiasuddin, he is the main resident of Rokha district of Panjshir province, and he was living in Khairkhana area of Kabul city.
