The Mysterious Murder of Two Women in Faryab Province

RASC: Security officials of the Taliban group in Faryab confirm that the bodies of two women were found in this province.

The press office of the Taliban security command in Faryab says in a published newsletter that the bodies of two unidentified women were found on Friday, June 9, in Maimana city.

The Taliban say that the bodies of the victims, who were suffocated with handkerchiefs, have been taken to justice medical department.

An investigation has been started on how these two women were killed.

The motive for these murders is still unclear.
At the same time, the residents of Faryab expressed concern about the increase in mysterious murders and suicide incidents.

It should be mentioned that on the night of Thursday June 8, unknown gunmen in Maimana city killed a 26-year-old boy named Noor Ahmad, who was a tailor.

Taliban arrested two suspects in connection with this incident.
