RASC News Agency: local sources in Kandahar province state that two young girls drowned and lost their lives in the province. Sources informed the media on Tuesday, May 7, that the incident occurred the previous day in the village of Puchi in Arghistan district.

According to the sources, the girls drowned while trying to draw water from a pond. The sources added that another young girl also fell into the pond, but local residents managed to rescue her.

Similar incidents have previously caused fatalities in several provinces, including Kandahar. In an incident on April 12 of this year, three young people drowned in two separate incidents in Kandahar.
