RASC News Agency: According to local sources from Helmand province, amidst the ongoing series of mysterious and targeted killings, a man’s body has recently been discovered in the region. Sources have informed the media that residents of Gereshk district, Helmand province, uncovered this corpse on Sunday, Mar 10.

The identity of the deceased individual has not been precisely determined, and according to sources, it appears that the person met their demise sometime last year. The Taliban group in Helmand province has yet to comment on this particular killing, despite the recent surge in criminal activities and discoveries of bodies across various parts of the country. In the latest incident, unidentified gunmen opened fire on a youth named Nasir in Mazar-i-Sharif, the capital of Balkh province. So far, none of the perpetrators behind these killings have been identified or brought to justice.

The Taliban group has consistently claimed that following their control over the country, overall security has been established. However, reports suggest that although the number of suicide and explosive attacks has decreased, instances of criminal activities have escalated.
