RASC News Agency: In continuation of the attacks against the Taliban group by opposition fronts, the Afghanistan National Resistance Front recently reported an assault on a Taliban base in Baghlan province. The Afghanistan National Resistance Front stated that the attack, planned and executed in the village of Dashtak in the Pol-e Khomri district of Baghlan province, occurred around 10:30 PM on Wednesday night, Feb 7.

According to information obtained from the front, the attack lasted for two hours, during which one Taliban fighter was killed, and two others were severely wounded. This comes as, in recent months, the frequency of attacks by opposition fronts against the Taliban group in various provinces of the country has significantly increased.

It is worth noting that following the Taliban’s seizure of power in Afghanistan, several fronts, including the National Resistance Front, have taken military action against this group, a development that has raised concerns among Taliban authorities.
