RASC News Agency: According to a report, Fasihuddin Fitrat, the chief of the Taliban group’s army staff, recently visited Takhar province, while the opposition forces of the group have intensified their offensive in several provinces of the country. During his visit, Fitrat discussed the security challenges faced by the Taliban forces with Obaidullah Aminzada, the governor of the Taliban group in Takhar province. The report, however, did not provide further details about the specific security challenges mentioned by Fitrat.

The news agencies affiliated with the Taliban group published a report about Fitrat’s visit to Takhar province, but it did not offer any additional information about the conversation between Fitrat and the governor. It is worth noting that Fitrat has previously traveled to Kunduz, Panjshir, and Baghlan provinces. This visit by the chief of the Taliban group’s army staff comes at a time when the opposing fronts, particularly the Afghanistan Freedom Front, have significantly increased their covert operations against the Taliban group in various provinces.

In a recent incident, the Freedom Front announced that they had killed a Taliban commander named “Huzaifa” while he was en route to Khawaja Ghar in Takhar province. The Freedom Front claims to have carried out six covert operations against the Taliban group in the past two weeks. However, no further details about these operations were provided.

Ever since the Taliban group gained control over the nation, several opposition factions have repeatedly taken credit for covert operations and publicly declared their presence within the country.
