RASC News Agency: Former President Hamid Karzai reacted to the recent attack in the Mahtab Qala of Dasht Barchi area west of Kabul, stating that this terrorist attack is a crime against humanity. Mr. Karzai made these statements on Wednesday, November 8th, in a message on social media and added that this terrorist attack goes against all principles and values of humanity and Islam.
It is worth noting that on the evening of November 7th, an explosion occurred in the Mahtab Qala area of Dasht Barchi in the west of Kabul, resulting in the death and injury of more than 40 people. The ISIS group claimed responsibility for the attack. This is despite the fact that, even after the Taliban took control of the country, they have consistently claimed that there is national security and no active terrorist groups in Afghanistan. However, reports of terrorist attacks continue to be published.
Within less than a month, both Baghlan and Kabul provinces have witnessed explosions, with the ISIS group claiming responsibility for them. At the same time, it should be noted that according to reports, a number of countries in the region and the world have expressed concern about the activities and presence of terrorist groups in Afghanistan under the control of the Taliban group.
However, an official of the Taliban group said earlier in a statement that the groups that have given us shelter are not terrorist groups, but our Mujahid brothers.
In addition, based on the information, some citizens say that the Taliban group has not been successful in ensuring the security of the people in Afghanistan under the rule of this group and has not been able to provide regular life services and facilities for the Afghanistani citizens.
