RASC News Agency: Sources from Kandahar and Baghlan provinces have confirmed two separate traffic incidents that claimed the lives of at least three individuals. The initial incident occurred on Sunday, November 5th, near Arghistan Bridge in Spin Boldak, Kandahar province. It involved a collision between a “Suzaki” type car and a passenger car, resulting in the untimely demise of two individuals and inflicting injuries upon four others. Among the victims were a woman and two children, with the injured individuals currently reported to be in critical condition.
Furthermore, another incident transpired on Monday, November 6th, in the Khawaja Alwan area of Baghlan province, where a collision between a “Saracha” type car and a motorcycle claimed one life and left another person injured. Such incidents serve as a stark reminder of the escalating number of traffic accidents permeating various provinces of the country. These incidents are regularly attributed to factors such as driver negligence, non-compliance with traffic regulations, dilapidated road conditions, and excessive speeding.
Simultaneously, on Saturday of this week, yet another traffic unfolded in the Daman district of Kandahar. This incident resulted in the loss of three lives and left four others injured.
