RASC News Agency: In the aftermath of the attacks by the National Resistance Front against the Taliban in various provinces of the country, the National Resistance Front recently announced that in a clash between individuals affiliated with the Front and the Taliban group in Dowab district of Nuristan province, six Taliban members were killed and fifteen others surrendered.
The National Resistance Front states that the confrontation commenced at precisely 6:30 pm local time on Saturday, the 28th of October, following the Taliban’s assault on the residence of one of the commanders of this Front in the Bajgal valley of Dowab district.
The National Resistance Front further emphasizes that six Taliban members were killed in this confrontation and a number of them sustained injuries.
Moreover, the Front also reported the surrender of a local Taliban command along with fifteen of their associates to their ranks.
This comes in the wake of the Taliban’s takeover of Afghanistan, during which the National Resistance Front has consistently launched covert operations against the Taliban, resulting in casualties within the group.
In the latest incident, this Front had previously reported the killing and injuring of eight Taliban members in provinces of Takhar and Badakhshan.
It is worth noting that the Taliban have remained silent in the face of these attacks and have not shared any information with the public or media.
