RASC News Agency: Sources from Badakhshan province have confirmed that a security guard at a clinic in this province has fatally shot a security guard from the World Food Program Organization. Media reports on Tuesday, October 24, stated that this incident occurred at the clinic located in the village of “Kamarkhouri Sofli” in the Argu district of the province.

According to the sources, the victim has been identified as Abdul Rahman. It is reported that after accompanying his sick wife to the clinic, he engaged in a verbal altercation with the clinic guards, which ultimately led to his tragic demise at the hands of one of them.
Meanwhile, the World Food Program (WFP) has not yet commented on the killing of its employee. Meanwhile, the number of mysterious and targeted murders in different provinces of the country has increased significantly recently.

It is important to acknowledge that the Taliban group consistently asserts that national security is maintained in the country’s provinces under their control. However, simultaneous reports of frequent and deliberate killings from various provinces are published on a daily basis.

It is worth noting that, as per expert analysis, the rise in criminal activities across different provinces of the country can be attributed to the citizens’ limited access to judicial institutions and the inadequate monitoring of cases by relevant authorities.

As a result, due to the Taliban’s restrictions on international aid organizations, there has been a decrease in the amount of aid provided to the people of Afghanistan. Organizations focused on women and children have been forced to limit their activities due to the ban on women’s work and the prevalent insecurity in the country.
