RASC News Agency: Ata Mohammad Noor, one of the former government officials of Afghanistan, has recently made revelations regarding the extremist indoctrination and teaching of suicide tactics in Taliban-controlled schools. Mr. Noor expressed his concerns during a virtual conference on October 18, held by the National Resistance Council for the Salvation of Afghanistan, commemorating the anniversary of the assassination of General Razik, the former police commander of Kandahar.
In his statement, Mr. Noor asserted that instead of focusing on religious education, the schools established by the Taliban are instructing students in matters of extremism and suicide techniques. The purpose behind this alarming curriculum is to empower these young minds with the capability to carry out acts that the Taliban desires to export to other countries and regions.
Furthermore, Mr. Noor elucidated the extent of the Taliban’s radical educational agenda, emphasizing that they have completely overhauled the school curriculum, eliminating modern sciences and pushing Afghanistani society and its children back by hundreds of years. By substituting contemporary science and technology with a starkly suicidal pedagogy, they have deprived our people and offspring of knowledge and progress.
Mr. Noor went on to reveal the existence of clandestine locations in provinces such as Farah, Uruzgan, the outskirts of Kandahar, Helmand, and other hidden places where external terrorists from neighboring and regional countries are being attracted. These locations serve as operational bases for these terrorists, effectively providing them with a stronghold within the country.
According to Mr. Noor’s beliefs, the Taliban has disregarded any form of a legal framework and only operates in accordance with the law of the jungle.
General Razik, one of the commanding figures of the previous government, was assassinated in Kandahar in 1396. He is remembered as a prominent anti-Taliban figure and a strong symbol of resistance against their ideology.
It is worth mentioning that prior to this revelation, several sources within the country had already expressed concerns about the Afghanistani schools, where instead of teaching modern subjects and relevant sciences, students were being taught how to become suicide bombers.
Based on the Taliban’s knowledge, they aim to disseminate their extremist ideologies among citizens by establishing more schools in various parts of the country and promoting radical teachings.
It is evident that the Taliban’s educational system is not only regressive but also deeply alarming, as it seeks to perpetuate violence and extremism among the youth of Afghanistan.
