RASC News Agency: 25 Afghanistani girls have sent an open letter to Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and French President Emmanuel Macron asking them to cooperate in saving them from Afghanistan.
In a version of this letter that was made available to the media on Wednesday, September 17, these girls said that writing this letter is the only way for them to make their voices heard by the leaders of these two countries and the world.
These girls say that they are athletes and have formed a sports group called “Nima Girls Group”.
In a part of the letter of these girls to the Prime Minister of Canada and the President of France, it is stated that “We are looking for a peace. We do not ask you for a villa, money, material wealth, high house, prosperous life and comfort.
They added: “We don’t want to be a burden on your government and provide free services for us; rather, we only ask you to save our lives from this land full of dangers. We only want you to help us have the right to life, the right to education and the right to live.”
In their letter, referring to the policies of the Taliban group towards women and girls, these girls wrote, “girls are tortured here for the crime of education, for the crime of work, and for the crime of freedom.”
They say that they have sent requests to different places; but they have not received an answer.
These girls have considered the immigration policies of these two countries as the reason for writing letters to the Prime Minister of Canada and the President of France.
They have said that they expect to receive their response from the leaders of these two countries.
Since the Taliban regained control of the country, girls above the sixth grade have been banned from going to school and the gates of universities have been closed to them.
In addition, this group has issued many restrictive orders against women and girls, which, according to human rights organizations, has caused them to be excluded from public life.
