RASC News Agency: Local officials in Laghman province say that one person died and five others were injured due to the collapse of the roof of a house in this province.
Khair Mohammad Ghazi, head of Laghman Natural Disasters battle, told the media on Saturday, September 16, that this incident happened in Badpakh district of Laghman province, as a result of which a child died.
According to reports, the victims of this incident are all members of the same family.
Meanwhile, the officials have said that the injured have been taken to the nearest hospital and their health condition has been reported satisfactory by the doctors.
It is worth mentioning that the collapse of the roofs of residential houses in most of the provinces has killed people, especially children, and seven members of a family died in a similar incident not long ago in Laghman province.
It should be noted that the main cause of this incident is not yet clear, but the use of low-quality materials in the construction of residential houses and the lack of facilities and poverty are the main causes of the collapse of the roofs of residential houses in remote villages.
It should be noted that the occurrence of natural disasters in the country leaves hundreds of dead every year. Floods, avalanches, earthquakes and the collapse of houses due to heavy rains are among the most important natural disasters in this country.
