RASC News Agency: Local sources in Takhar province confirm that a prisoner in this province was killed by Taliban forces while escaping.

According to the sources, this prisoner got out of the car at the entrance gate of Takhar prison on Wednesday, September 13, when he returned from the court and tried to escape.

According to the sources, after trying to escape from the prison area, this man was shot by Taliban forces and died.

Sources have said that he was taken to the appeals court to go through the process of his case, and when he returned last evening, he committed this act and was killed.

Although the identity of this person has not yet been determined and the Taliban group has not said anything about it, it is said that there is concern about the process of handling the cases of the accused by the Taliban group.

This incident happened while there are many claims that the Taliban group tortures, beats, insults and humiliates the prisoners.

It should be noted that after the Taliban took control of Afghanistan; Human rights organizations have expressed concern about the condition of prisoners and said that there is no regular monitoring of Taliban prisons.

These organizations recently announced that the Taliban group does not allow their team to inspect the condition of the prisoners and put the prison under human rights supervision.

Although harsh criticism is directed at the Taliban group, but this group does not shrink from their harsh and cruel policies towards the prisoners.
