RASC News Agency: Residents of Balkh district in Balkh province say that two young sportsmen have been killed by the Taliban group on charges of kidnapping. The names of these two young men have been mentioned as Wahid and Ghaffar.

Sources also said that one of these youths was a member of the army of the previous government and was killed on Thursday, September 7, in the center of Balkh district.

Public sources in this district say that these two athletes were doing normal work in the district.

Meanwhile, the Bakhtar News Agency, which is under the control of the Taliban group, has announced that these two young men were planning to kidnap a businessman and were killed during the operation of the security forces of this group in Balkh district of Balkh province.

Bakhtar has also claimed that two weapons and a Corolla type car were recovered from these two youths.

This is while the Taliban group has accused former soldiers of kidnapping and robbery and killed them in the past.

In some cases, the Taliban group has displayed the bodies of people accused of kidnapping and robbery in public.

After the Taliban group domination in the country, they have killed, tortured, arrested and injured former government soldiers in all provinces of the country.

Before this, the amnesty international accused the Taliban group to human rights violation in the Panjshir Province. As well as, national and international organizations and human rights activists always criticized the Taliban activities and their policy against the former soldiers.
