RASC News Agency: The security officials of the Taliban group for Sare-Pol province announced that the forces of this group have identified and arrested five people from the province’s relations on the charge of gambling.
In the newsletter published by this office today, Tuesday, September 5, it is stated that five youths who were engaged in gambling in the village of Rahmatabad, the center of Sare-Pol province, were arrested by the police forces of this group.
It is mentioned in this newsletter that 21,720 Kabuli/Afghani rupees were also obtained from the arrested persons.
Based on information from sources; the case of these people will be handed over to judicial bodies after investigation.
This is while the residents of Sare-Pol province are complaining about the increase in criminal crimes and armed robberies in this province and they accuse the Taliban group of failure and inefficiency.
They say that in the last few months, criminal incidents have increased in Sare-Pol province and people have lost their peaceful lives due to fear and are spending their days and nights with worry.
The residents of Sare-Pol believe that the Taliban group cannot stop the destructive activities and disturbances in this province, therefore criminal crimes have increased.
Meanwhile, reports from different parts of the country indicate that armed robberies have increased in other provinces in addition to Sare-Pol province.
It should be noted that since the Taliban took control of the country, with the increase in poverty and unemployment, the number of criminal crimes, including armed robberies, has also increased.
