RASC News Agency: In many remote parts of Badakhshan province, telecommunication networks are still not functioning, and among them, the people of Tishkan district complain about the lack of access to telecommunication network services and road damage.
The residents of Tishkan district of Badakhshan province, who are deprived of telecommunication services, say that they have been facing serious problems for years due to the lack of telecommunication services.
The residents of this district add that they have to go to the high points of the mountains and hills to meet their communication needs, so that they can make a voice call.
They further say that in order to make a simple call, they have to walk for hours to reach the area covered by telecommunications networks.
The people of Tishkan district are among the most deprived people in Afghanistan who not only do not have access to the services of telecommunication networks; they are also deprived of other services such as paved roads and health centers.
