RASC News Agency: Local sources in Badakhshan province in the northeast of the country confirm that unknown persons hanged a child of the former senior commander of the popular uprising forces in this province.

According to sources, this incident happened two days ago in “Ghazaliw” village of Shuhada district of Badakhshan province.

According to local sources, unknown people first strangled this 10-year-old former senior commander of popular uprising forces while playing children’s games in front of his little sister and then hanged him.

According to the sources, this child’s name is Mohtasim Billah.

Even though the motive and perpetrators of this incident are still has not been identified and arrested, but according to local people, this child was the victim of his father, who was a former popular military commander.

The local people confirmed that the child’s father, who was the senior commander of the popular uprising forces in Shuhada district of Badakhshan province, was shot by the Taliban group two years ago.

The security officials of the Taliban group in Badakhshan province have not yet commented on the murder of this child.

It should be noted that despite the announcement of general amnesty, the Taliban group is still carrying out revenge killings of former soldiers and their relatives.

This is while the statistics of criminal crimes have increased in the country recently and the residents of different provinces of Afghanistan are worried about this.

Although the Taliban group has claimed that they are fighting against criminal crimes, the occurrence of events shows that this group does not have the ability to control and fight against criminal crimes.
