RASC News Agency: Security officials from Badakhshan province confirm that as a result of a traffic incident in Yawan district of this province, one person died and six others were injured.

A local source says that this incident took place on Friday, August 18, in “Dahn Dara” area of ​​Yawan district.

The security command of the Taliban group in Badakhshan also published a newsletter and said that in this incident, a Land Cruiser type car deviated from the road and overturned.

According to the newspaper, one person died and four others were injured in this incident. At the same time, a source in Yawan Hospital says that the number of injured are six.

According to this source, the condition of the injured was serious and they were transferred to Badakhshan private hospital.

Meanwhile, local sources in the west of the country, from Herat province, have also reported a traffic incident on the Herat-Islam Qala highway following a collision between two cars.

According to sources, one person died and 14 others were injured in this incident that happened on Thursday, August 17.

According to the sources, the condition of 12 people injured in this accident are serious. The main cause of this incident is the carelessness of the drivers.


This is despite the fact that traffic accidents have recently increased in different provinces of the country and every year hundreds of citizens are killed and hundreds are injured and disabled.

 The lack of road standards, the carelessness of drivers and the lack of compliance with driving rules are considered to be the reasons for the occurrence of traffic accidents in the country.
