RASC News Agency: Following the arrest of Afghanistani refugees in Turkey, the police of this country announced that they arrested 64 refugees in Arzanjan, on August 6.
The Turkish police said that these 64 people were arrested while they were hiding in a truck among electronic machines and were identified by the Turkish police on the Arzanjan-Erzum highway.
It is said that the driver of this truck was an Iranian citizen and he was arrested by the police of this country.
The police officials of this country said that the arrested people have been transferred to the center for combating illegal immigrants in this country.
Meanwhile, Rajab Tayyab Erdogan, the current president of Turkey, after winning the presidential elections of that country, promised to make changes in his immigration policies.
Erdogan said a while ago that he has a plan to return one million Syrian refugees, while after Syrians; Afghanistani citizens are one of the main groups of migrants in Turkey who have been subjected to forced deportation many times.
However, the detention and deportation of Afghanistani refugees from Turkey has increased recently.
On Friday, this country arrested more than 60 Afghanistani refugees in Amasya, Turkey, and sent them to the deportation center for foreign citizens to be returned to Afghanistan.
It should be noted that Turkey is one of the main routes for Afghanistani immigrants to reach Europe. Most of these immigrants enter Turkey from Iran.
The dominance of the Taliban group in the country has increased the number of migrations to different countries.
