RASC: The officials of the Taliban group consider student dormitories as places of moral corruption and give camphor food to the students of the Kunduz university dormitories, so that, according to them, their sexual powers are reduced and moral corruption is prevented.
The student dormitory is located in front of the state university in a two-story building where the students of different faculties of this university live.
These male students are from the provinces of Badakhshan, Takhar, Baghlan, Ghazni, Parwan and other provinces of the country, who are busy with education and spend their days and nights with low-quality and unhealthy food.
Some time ago, a number of students of this dormitory had complained about the unhealthiness of their food, which became a media issue, they were threatened with expulsion by the head of the university, and they remained silent.
For some time, these students have been complaining about the camphor-contaminated food that they give to their stew.
24-year-old Bashir Ahmad, one of the students of Science faculty, says that for some time I feel that my sexual power is decreasing and the state of lethargy shakes my head.
He says that not only me, but also most of my roommates complained of a similar situation.
He goes on to say that, we went to the doctor with a group of roommates for treatment; We did various examinations, we took medicine and it didn’t work, until the doctor once again advised us not to use dormitory bread and we got a little better.
Khalid, another student of this dormitory, said that when we complained about the cook and his unhealthy food, the cook said that he added camphor to the food on the order of the dormitory manager.
The director of the dormitory also adds camphor to our food, as they believe; camphor weakens the sexual power and neutralizes any kind of movement.
Camphor substance is one of the traditional treatments, which is claimed to reduce sexual behavior and sex hormones for men, and currently this substance is used as a perfume for dead bodies.
These students claim that we are travelers and the financial ability of a student is not enough to spend three meals a day in the restaurants and we have to submit to this humiliation.
In the dormitory of Kunduz University, hundreds of male students are busy learning and spend their days and nights in such a tragic situation.
