RASC: Sources in Parwan province say that a shopkeeper selling wooden boards in the center of Charikar city of this province was caught by two robbers on Wednesday evening, July 19, and after taking mobile phones and cash from him, he was blindfolded and thrown into a dilapidated house.
According to the sources, around last evening, two people with Taliban faces, equipped with all military facilities, came to the shop of Qazi Abdul Zohur, one of the shopkeepers of Charikar town, and stated that he had a warrant and should go to the police district.
The Taliban group took him 100 meters away from his shop, blindfolded him, tied his hands and feet, and after a careful effort, took 17,000 Kabuli/Afghani rupees and a mobile site from him and left him in a dilapidated house.
It should be mentioned that the fear of the Taliban has increased to such an extent that the people are not even able to defend themselves against such actions, and people who are close to the Taliban or the Taliban themselves are taking advantage of the opportunity to commit armed robberies.
It should be noted that since the domination of this group over the country, poverty, unemployment and the statistics of criminal crimes have increased in the country. In many cases, the members of this group themselves commit similar acts under the name of thieves or co-thieves under the name of this group, and there is no institution to deal with the complaints and bad situations of the people.
