RASC: Local sources in Daikundi province have reported a clash between Taliban forces with an addicted person in the village of Kayan, in Khedir district of this province.
A local source, who asked not to be named, told RASC on Sunday, May 21, that the clash occurred after a resident of Kayan village named Hossein, who is said to be addicted to drugs, due to family feuds with the weapon shot at a woman and wounded her.
According to the source, the residents of the place reported this incident to the Taliban group, and after that, the group sent troops to arrest Hussain from Nili, the capital of Daikundi province.
According to the sources, two residents of Kayan village, including an old man named Gul Mohammad, dead by Taliban forces following a clash between Taliban forces and an addict.
Another local source, confirming this incident, says that the forces of the Taliban group did not succeed in arresting Hussain.
