RASC: According to public sources in Zabul province, Amir Khan Haqqani, a commander of the Taliban group, has opened a dispute over the personal property of Attajan Haqbayan, the former head of Zabul provincial council.

Sources say that this commander of the Taliban group, after taking over Zabul, first took possession of Mr. Haqbayan’s house, and now he wants to take over an oil tank that is the personal property of Mr. Haqbayan.

According to the sources, despite the fact that Haqqani’s work has been met with the reaction of the local people; but he does not stop trying to take over the oil tank and has opened a lawsuit in the court of the Taliban group.

It should be mentioned that the Taliban commanders have seized the properties of the members of the previous government in all provinces after this group took control of Afghanistan.

In addition to usurping the properties of members of the former government by this group, some of the commanders of this group forcefully collect weapons from former soldiers and use them for their personal use.
