RASC: According to public sources in Shikh Ali district of Parwan province, Mashuqullah Mansour Badr, the Taliban commander in this district first arrests former soldiers and collects weapons from them by force and torture.

Sources say that Mansour Badr along with his subordinates stormed the house of former soldiers and forced them to hand over weapons to him after being arrested and beaten.

Public sources have added that in the latest case, Mansour Badr’s men arrested a person named wahidullah who was a police officer in the previous government and demanded two Kalashnikovs and one rifle from him.

It is said that this Taliban tortures and beats the arrested people until they die.

It should be mentioned that Taliban commanders use such tactics throughout the areas under their control in Afghanistan.

It should be noted that they sell weapons collected by force for their personal use.

At the same time, this incident is not noticeable only in Parwan province, but in other provinces of the country, the Taliban group arrests, tortures and demands weapons from the people of the previous government.

Meanwhile, with the return of the Taliban group to power in the country, the members of this group, each in turn, apply their strict laws to the people, especially the members of the previous government, and arrest them and in some cases kill them under various pretexts.
