On Monday, June 12, this department announced that there is a possibility of rain, strong winds and flash floods in the provinces of Badakhshan, Takhar, Baghlan, Nuristan, Kunar, Laghman, Kabul, Logar, Maidan Wardak, Parwan, Kapisa, Panjshir and Salangs.
This department added that the amount of rainfall is different in different parts of the country and has been estimated from 10 to 25 millimeters.
It should be mentioned that floods and heavy rains this year have resulted in loss of lives and huge financial losses in a number of provinces of the country.
