The Beating of a Resident of Samangan by the Commander of the Taliban Group

RASC: A resident of Samangan says that he was severely beaten by Qurban Ali Mubarez, the commander of the security block of Dara Souf Bala city.

He claims that he was taken out of his house by this Taliban commander at night and was tortured and beaten for no reason.

This resident of Samangan has demanded justice for himself and to prevent the cruelty and brutality of the Taliban against the people of Afghanistan.

Meanwhile, complaints of misbehavior and cruelty of Taliban group members have been reported in several provinces.
