A Person Claim of Finding Something Important

 RASC: An Afghanistan citizen, who did not want to be named, sent a picture to the RASC news agency and claimed to have found a rare fossil. He only sent the picture to RASC news agency, he did not explain where and how he found the fossil, but he added that if reputable scientific institutions contact him, he will tell where and how he found the fossil.
