RASC: The head of foreign relations of the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan and the director of the American Special Operations Association say that the ISIS group is recruiting soldiers among the ranks of the Taliban group.

Based on the information published jointly by Ali Maisam Nazari and David Cook in the Washington Times, the recent attacks and the assassination of the governor of the Taliban group in Balkh is a clear sign of the increasing influence of ISIS among the forces of the Taliban group.

Simultaneously with the dominance of the Taliban group in Afghanistan, various terrorist groups have gained widespread influence in this country and have immediately aroused the concern of the countries of the region and the world.
