RASC: Local officials of the Taliban group say that the World Vision Organization has distributed food to more than 4,344 needy families in Badghis province.
The Department of Rural Rehabilitation and Development of the Taliban group in Badghis says that these aids provided to needy families in Jund district of this province on Saturday, May 27.
The distributed aid included 50 kilograms of flour, 5 liters of oil, 6 kilograms of chickpeas and some nutrients for children.
This directorate has also said that 120 needy families in a valley of Bom district of this province have also received cash aid from the World Division Institute.
The amount of cash assistance to each family was 5,240 Kabuli/Afghani rupees.
Meanwhile, the Department of Agriculture and Livestock of the Taliban group in Badghis also says that the CHA organization has distributed dairy goats to 40 farmers in Jund district of this province.
After the resurgence of the Taliban group and the increased need for humanitarian aid, international organizations have distributed aid to hundreds of thousands of needy families across the country.
