A Traffic Accident on Kabul-Jalalabad Highway Killed 6 People

RASC: According to local sources, six people died and two others were injured as a result of the overturning of a Saracha type car on the Kabul-Jalalabad highway.

This traffic accident happened yesterday (Friday, May 26 at around 2:00 PM in Pul Charkhi area.

Homayun, one of the eyewitnesses of this event, says that a Saracha type car deviated from the road and fell into the river due to high speed.

According to him, six occupants of this car died and two others were seriously injured.

According to Homayun, the passengers of the car were all young people who were going to have fun.

Traffic incidents, along with other war and natural incidents, kill hundreds of people in Afghanistan every year and leave hundreds injured and disabled. Damaged roads, high speed and non-observance of traffic rules are considered factors of traffic incidents.
