RASC: The local officials of the Taliban group in Ghor province say that unknown armed men killed a man and a 15-year-old girl committed self- destruction in this province.
Abdul Rahman Badri, the spokesperson of the Taliban group’s security command in Ghor province, told Bakhtar News Agency today Thursday, May 25, that unknown armed men killed a man named Mahmood in Tiora district of this province on Tuesday evening.
He added that this incident took place in “Kilgo” area of Tiora district and the victim targeted on the road when he was trying to go home from the market in this area.
According to the spokesperson of the security command of the Taliban group in Ghor province, the investigative police of Tiora district has been sent to the place for a detailed investigation of this case and is trying to arrest the perpetrators of this incident.
The local officials of the Taliban group in Ghor province have also said that a 15-year-old girl named Nooria hanged herself in Qashqa village of Dawlat Yar district of this province.
According to the officials of the Taliban group, the reason for this girl’s self- destruction was “psychological problems”.
Many cases of suspicious murders and suicides of women and girls have been reported in Ghor province.
