RASC: The Azadi Front of Afghanistan claimed that on the evening of Monday, May 22, it attacked a post of the Taliban group in the first district of Taliqan city in Takhar province.

According to this group, one Taliban was killed and three others were injured in this attack.

So far, no source has independently confirmed this news.

As in the past, the Taliban group has not reacted to this claim.

Azadi front, one of the armed groups opposing the Taliban group, announced its “spring operation” against the Taliban group on April 14.

During this time, this group has reported several widespread attacks in Kabul and other provinces.

The front confirmed that several of its important members, including Akmal Amir, its well-known commander, were killed in a battle with the Taliban group in South Salang.
