RASC: Farhad Ahmad Stanikzai, the spokesperson of the Taliban’s Department of Education for Nangarhar province in eastern Afghanistan, stated that the building of “Kandibagh” high school in “Chaparhar” district of this province built with the support of the International Organization for Migration.

He added: “In addition to classrooms, this high school also has an office room and restrooms, a water well, a computer, and a laboratory.”
