RASC: In the last 24 hours, two children died in two separate traffic accidents in Baghlan province.

Shir Ahmad Burhani, the spokesperson of the security governor of Baghlan province, says that in the first incident in Pul Khomri city, a motorcycle ran over and killed a child.

According to him, in the second incident that happened at around 10:00 last night on May 14, a Corolla type car that was moving from Kabul province to Kunduz province, in “Sang Sorakh” area of Doshi district of Baghlan province deviated from the road and fell into the river.

He adds that a child died and another person injured in this incident.

Last night, four members of the Taliban group also injured in a traffic accident in Alingar district of Laghman province. It is said that a Hilux type car carrying the Taliban group collided with another car.

It should be noted that, the number of traffic incidents has increased recently in the country, and the reason for this is the carelessness of drivers and the breakdown of roads.
