RASC: While the people of Afghanistan are spending their day and night with great economic challenges, recently the Taliban group has decided to charge fees from patients. Meanwhile, due to the lack of health insurance system, public hospitals have always been free.

According to this plan, they collect money from the patients who refer to the government hospital of this province.

According to the sources, the amount of fee determined varies according to the economic status of the patients and is determined from 20 to 200 units.

Sources in Herat province in the west of this country tell Rask that in a situation where poverty and unemployment have reached their peak in the country, this plan is an injustice to the people.

Recently, the Taliban group has established plans to collect money in the name of taxes and “Zakat” from citizens from various groups, including businessmen, Karachiites, sellers, farmers and traders, which according to the citizens, by paying them, they face serious problems in providing the necessities of life.
