RASC: Ehsanullah Nizami, a doctor at the drug addiction treatment hospital in Kabul, who is a resident of Dasht Riyot city of Panjshir province, was arrested by the Taliban group ten days ago while treating patients in the hospital and is still missing.

Sources say that the family members of this doctor were previously arrested in Kabul under the pretext of cooperating with the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan and released after severe torture.

Now that ten days have passed since her arrest, there is no news about the fate of this Afghan doctor and the main motive for his arrest has not been clarified.

The Taliban group has not yet expressed an opinion on this matter.

Previously, the residents of Panjshir and the northern provinces of Afghanistan have been arrested by the Taliban under the pretext of cooperating with the National Resistance Front, and some of the detainees were released after severe torture and some are still in the custody of this group
